Sustaining Evidence-Based Practices –
What We Are Learning about the Michigan Experience
This evaluation study conducted in 2010 involved several components:

1. Review of Initial State EBP Grants and Quarterly Reports awarded to PIHP regions.
2. Key Informant Interviews with Representatives from PIHP Regions
3. Focus Groups with PIHP Improving Practices Leadership Teams (IPLT)
4. Development of a State-wide Survey based on Information from Key Informants and IPLT focus group members on Organizational Factors that Influence Sustainability
5. Distribution of the State-wide Survey to all Key Informants and IPLT Focus Group Members.

The information on this website highlights the findings from the State-wide evaluation.  The findings from each PIHP region that participated in the study and the overall state results are presented.
